Lemuel is the most softly spoken and passive of the bunch, but when the going gets tough, you can count on Lemuel to be standing well out of the way and saying "oh my" and "golly".
Lemuel is easy going, eager to accommodate, and travels through life protected by a bubble of naivety which allows him to preserve his fundamental tenants that the world is a good place, and people generally want to do the right thing, especially if you just show them a little kindness.
He's close friends with Corlis, who compliments his perpetual cheerfulness and innocent disposition with cold cynical rationalism. Despite the clear contrast, they get along remarkably well. Lemuel also considers himself friends with Norman, although largely out of pity for the fact that no one else in the forest likes him.
Lemuel loves the quieter pursuits in life - reading, being pen pals, playing board games and the like, although has demonstrated both a knack, and a surprisingly proactive ability, to handle robots of destruction when the need arrises.
He often finds himself at the butt of the others pranks, as he's the only one guaranteed not to lash out, and is incapable of holding a grudge, but the upside is he's quick to forget life's troubles, and is generally a happy little dragon.
