Goldy is very much a dragon living in his twin's shadow. Bluey and Goldy are actually very similar, which is perhaps why Bluey is so keen to exert his dominance, as if never quite forgiving him for being first out of their egg. As a result, particularly in Bluey's company, Goldy exhibits a somewhat repressed personality.

Like Bluey he has a keen interest in chemistry, video games and computing, but also enjoys various forms of illustration and artistic expression, being the most talented artist in the clutch.

Having spent so many years growing subservient to Bluey's will, often all Goldy really wants is some peace and quiet to do his own thing without the relentless sense of competition. However, unlike the passive Lemuel or the insecure Brainy, Goldy retains a strong defiant spark, and will fight back with gusto if pushed too far.

He gets along well with the other dragons with his soft spoken confidence, and without Bluey's presence, Goldy will assume a more dominant role in events.

Physically, Goldy is distinct in that he is a golden metallic dragon. His hide has a deep lustre and his plates, claws and horns are a shiny dark gold.

He lacks the chaotic raw ability of Bluey, or the intellectual maturity of some of the others, but is a well rounded genuine dragon who enjoys a good adventure.
